Steel Works Division
The history of Trango s.r.o. (Trango Ltd.) goes back to 1992, when it started as a trading company. In 1994 it rented a place to produce steel structures. The production activity has been being developped and widened since that date.

Produce posibilities

Our workshop is equipped with the following:

  • shearing machine NTA 10 x 3150
  • drill VR 40
  • colum n drilling machine B 32
  • band saws BOMAR 250 and 500
  • hydraulic jack HY 50 VA
  • hyddraulic jack 160 tons
  • eccentric presses 100 and 160 tons
  • pulse welder FRONIUS TPS 4000 and 5000
  • automatic welders TPS ALF 349 and 400 acetylene cutting machine

Manufacturing is limited by the following technical parameters of the workshop:

  • the manufacturing room size is 18 x 65 m
  • the width of the entrance gate is 4m and its height is 4,5m
  • the size of the assembly grate is 6 x 25 m
  • lifting capacity of the bridge crane 8 t (max 9t)
  • maximum parameters of the structures manufactured 3,5 x 4 x 22 m
  • finishing by spraying

Possibilities of co-operation with specialized suppliers within 1km distance:

  • material cutting by acetylene, laser, plasma
  • bending of steel plates up to 6000 mm of length
  • roll bending of steel plates and hollow sections I + U up to 360 mm, L hollow sections, pipes
  • materials and weldments´blasting
  • heat treatment of the weldments
  • possibilities of working – horizontal up to WR 200
  • press flattening up to 400 t
  • komaxit
  • galvanization – tank size: width 1,8m – height 3m – length 7m
